Exchange will be possible by returning the product to the Dundee branch or via courier. The shipping cost is 50 NIS, along with a tax invoice/original exchange voucher or proof of purchase.
Products that have been custom-made or ordered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
In the case of a purchase that included a sale or discount - the terms of return and exchange will be subject to the relevant sale regulations and the law.

Promotions and benefits:
• A product from the sale category will be exchanged at the price actually paid.
• A second exchange will not be possible for a product that has already been exchanged.

Replacements:

A customer interested in exchanging a product purchased through the website/branch or pop-up may exchange the item within 14 days of receipt.
The exchange will be made according to the actual purchase value (for example, according to the sale price if purchased at a sale price).
