Returns and exchanges of products purchased on the Dundee website will be made subject to and in accordance with the provisions of all laws, including the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 (hereinafter: “the Law”), and subject to the guidelines detailed in this document.

Section 14C(d)(3) of the Consumer Protection Law states:

“The right of cancellation will not apply to goods that by law cannot be returned due to their type, health or hygiene reasons, if their original packaging has been opened.”

Exchange will be possible by returning the product to the Dundee branch or via courier (shipping cost - 25 NIS each way), along with a tax invoice/original exchange voucher or proof of purchase.
Products that have been custom-made or ordered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
In the case of a purchase that included a sale or discount - the terms of return and exchange will be subject to the relevant sale regulations and the law.

Right to cancel a transaction:

A customer who purchased a product from Dundee may cancel the transaction in accordance with the provisions of the law.
The cancellation notice will be submitted within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product or receipt of transaction details - whichever is later.
For a senior citizen, new immigrant or person with a disability (according to the definitions of the law) who made a remote transaction in a conversation with the company - the right to cancel will be valid for up to 4 months from the date of making the transaction, receiving the product or receiving the transaction details - whichever is later.

In transactions made in branches or pop-ups – the purchase can be canceled within two days of the purchase date (which do not include rest days), and this is only for jewelry whose price does not exceed 3,000 NIS.

How to deliver a cancellation notice:

The message must include: full name, ID number, transaction details, and in the case of an oral request - additional identifying information may be required.

Refund:

Upon cancellation of a transaction as stated, the customer will be refunded the amount he paid within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, less a cancellation fee of 5% or 100 NIS - whichever is lower.
A refund will be given after the product is returned, as much as possible in its original packaging, along with an invoice/exchange voucher.

In cases of defect or non-conformity:

In the event of cancellation due to a product defect, non-conformity, delay in delivery or breach of the terms of the contract – no cancellation fees will be charged, and collection will be carried out at the company's expense from the place where the product was delivered.

Promotions and benefits:
A product purchased as part of a promotion – the refund will be made based on the amount actually paid, minus the relative discount.
In a purchase that includes discounts on several items together (such as 1+1), a refund will only be given upon return of all products required to receive the benefit.
A product from the sale category will be exchanged at the price actually paid.
A second exchange will not be possible for a product that has already been exchanged.

Replacements:

A customer interested in exchanging a product purchased through the website/branch or pop-up may exchange the item within 14 days of receipt.
The exchange will be made according to the actual purchase value (for example, according to the sale price if purchased at a sale price).
