Product Warranty Policy

Please note that the responsibility for the jewelry is personal and non-transferable.

Dandy jewelry is made of pure 925 silver plated with 14k micron red gold.

Dandy provides a warranty for products for one half year from the date of purchase, subject to proof of purchase (purchase invoice or documentation in the customer club).

The warranty does not apply to cases resulting from improper use of the jewelry. The warranty does not apply to coatings. Re-coating cost 30 NIS.
The warranty does not apply to: ring bracelets, anklets, clip earrings, body chains, spiral/open rings.
Symbolic repair cost of 25 NIS
The warranty does not apply to loss/partial loss due to tearing or breakage.

As part of the warranty, Dandy will provide, at its option: repair/replacement of the defective item in exchange for the return of the defective item. In addition, a paid repair service is available to you if the jewelry can be repaired, upon presentation of proof of purchase only, and is limited to 5 years from the date of purchase.

Additionally, Dandy does not undertake to repair or replace in the event that the (allegedly) defective item is not in the customer's possession and/or is not returned to the company for inspection. Inspection/repair of the product will take up to 21 business days from the date the item arrives at our offices.

The jewelry warranty does not include damage caused to the jewelry for any reason that is not due to a manufacturing defect. Fading/discoloring enamel, abrasion, improper use.

It is clarified that repairing a tear that requires soldering may lead to minimal shortening and the company is not responsible for any change in the size of the item.

To enjoy your jewelry for a long time, we recommend not storing it in a humid area, not taking it into the pool or sea, including jacuzzis, saunas, and baths. Avoid contact with cleaning products, perfumes, creams, and use during exercise.

It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the item upon collection and verify the item's integrity at that time.
The company is not responsible for a product that is not collected by the customer after 30 days from the date the company notifies that the product is ready.
